Eyes from 150 different animal species. This piece started as a freehand watercolor practice, but slowly grew into an extended tour of the great beauty and diversity found in the visual organs of creatures everywhere! I think only half the time spent on this illustration was actual painting—the other half was spent researching interesting eyes and the wildlife they belonged to!
